A few hours
Out from the edge of the village in the late afternoon, into the dunes for sunset, back after dark. Good with children, and good on your first evening.
Several days
Walking with the camels carrying the camp, sleeping in the sand, bread baked in the embers and tea three times a day. Two days, six days, or longer.
